How a project works when you are not in Italy
First assessment from photos
With a few photos of the porch or terrace, one reference measurement and a floor plan if you have it, we give you a first indication of suitable solutions and feasibility.
On-site survey
Measurements are always taken on site. You can be there, or a person you trust can let us in. The quotation is based on measured, not estimated, sizes.
Written quotation within 24 hours
An itemised quotation within 24 hours of the survey: system, glass or fabric, colours, accessories, installation. If anything changes after the survey, we tell you in writing first.
Handover report
Installation ends with a signed handover report, which is also the start date of the warranty.
If the house is being renovated, involve us while porches and terraces are being designed: anchors, rainwater drainage and lighting points are easier to prepare before the finishes.

Starting prices are indicative: the total depends on size, configuration and site access, and is set out item by item in the quotation after the survey. VAT applies at the Italian rate for the type of property and work. Planning rules depend on the property: removable glass panels on balconies and loggias are generally permitted without a building permit in Italy, while pergolas and porch enclosures are checked case by case, especially in protected areas and historic centres.
